What we collect and why
Shanghai Connect is a static informational website. We do not require accounts and we do not sell personal information. If you join the newsletter, we store the email address you provide and use it only to send the updates you signed up for. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see which guides are read and how quickly pages load, so we can improve them. Neither sets cookies, neither tracks you across other websites, and both report on pages rather than on people.
